The 2023 French Open Water Photography and Video Championships took place in Port-Vendres in July. 15 photo duos and 7 video teams brought back images during the dives organized by CAP Port-Vendres. Photographers had to present a series of 6 images: macro, macro fish, moving wildlife, two atmosphere images, and a photo following the theme of this edition: black and white.
