We all have the ability to learn how to practice scuba diving, but do we all have the same opportunity to do so?
Plongeado aims to train ten teenagers from disadvantaged neighborhoods or in difficult situations regarding their integration into society for the first level of diving.
It is also an ambition: to reach out to young people by offering them an activity inaccessible for them. It is the desire to share our values with them, those of scuba diving, and in doing so, complement the educational work carried out daily by associations. You know these values and will agree that they perfectly fit the personal development of a teenager: self-surpassing, sharing, respect for rules, respect for the environment, respect for others, not to mention the pleasure we can feel while practicing. For many of these teens, this diving certification will be their first diploma!

Between mid-May and early July, this training will take place in seven sessions within the Armor Plongée structure, which is very committed to this project and will provide its infrastructure. The first four sessions will be held in a pool in Saint-Brieuc, the next three at sea from Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Funding for this type of operation is always complex, so a crowdfunding supplement has been launched on the Kengo platform.
So if you have the chance to come on vacation in early July around Saint-Quay-Portrieux and hear laughter ringing out around the harbor, it means the project will be a success!
