From September 10 to 11, 2016 in Monaco, the 13th underwater photography contest was held, organized by the Monaco underwater exploration club (CESMM). For this edition, the jury was composed of Michel Dagnino (board member of CESMM and jury president), Christian Gelpi (diving instructor, level 3 FFESSM photographer, federal subaquatic biology animator and member of the association « Les Aquanautes« ), Jérôme Espla (underwater filmmaker, director of the film » Water under the Mountain « ), Valérie Huet (departmental committee of the FFESSM of the Maritime Alps), Stéphanie Reynaud (President of the Monegasque association for nature protection “ AMPN, marine biology PhD at the scientific center of Monaco), and Robert Calcagno (director of the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco and guest of honor).
