The result of four years of research and development, benefiting from six patents pending, Aquasense was awarded the prestigious Best of Innovation award at the CES Innovation Awards® 2025.
This award recognizes excellence in design and innovation across 33 categories of consumer technology products. A panel of experts, consisting of R&D specialists, journalists, designers, and engineers, evaluated submissions based on strict criteria of innovation, engineering, functionality, and aesthetics.
With a record number of over 3,400 entries this year, only the most remarkable innovations earned this prestigious distinction – among them, Aquasense.
Opening the oceans to future generations
Aqualung aims to make diving more accessible and secure for future generations.
“The oceans are the lungs of our planet, generating more than 50% of the oxygen essential to all life forms on Earth. Yet, marine ecosystems are deteriorating at an alarming rate. By improving communication and safety underwater, our innovative solution will not only facilitate underwater exploration but also make it accessible to more people,” explains Michel Abaza, President and CEO of Aqualung Group.
“This will allow more people to discover and love this fascinating environment, while inspiring them to engage in its preservation.”
Price and availability
The Aquasense will be available at retailers and dive centers from the third quarter of 2025, at the recommended price of €1,299.
