The objective: explore the ocean floor with a sort of aquatic « moped, » an innovative device that gently propels its passengers underwater.

A simple briefing for effortless diving
No need to be a certified diver! The briefing explains the basics of shallow water immersion in a few steps and how to use the device. Here are the essentials:

The device weighs about 80 kg, is equipped with a diving bottle at the front, and is launched with a small crane. Once afloat, it’s attached to a surface buoy, limiting its depth to 5 meters—reassuring for beginners as well as seasoned divers.
The bubble helmet: comfort and safety for everyone
To enjoy the ride, you just need to place your head in a large transparent bubble supplied with air from the tank. Breathing is as easy as at the surface, and the 160° panoramic view is ideal for admiring Caribbean flora and fauna. Thanks to the high water temperature, a simple swimsuit is sufficient as equipment.
Throughout the excursion, a professional diver accompanies us, guiding the immersion and ensuring our safety. The experience lasts about an hour, during which the guide regularly performs « check-ups » through signals, as oral communication is impossible through the helmet.
