Ladies and gentlemen, dear members of our federal community.
AN OBSERVATIONThis federal development project « Together for a strong and open federation » for the 2021-2024 olympiad is a collective response to resolve certain structural issues observed in the past three years, where the commitment of the president and the secretary-general has nevertheless been constant.
The tensions around the migration of our IT system is one example, the lack of financial transparency of the treasury around this issue, which generated financial drifts and caused inconvenience to clubs for many months, are signs that show the need to renovate our governance mode. Even though very beautiful achievements have been made elsewhere.
To adapt to tomorrow’s challenges, we need coherence within the board of directors, transparency especially on financial aspects, sharing of a common project and bringing it to life together.A TEAM OF EXPERTSAlso, I have decided to present my candidacy for the presidency, with an associative project and a team to successfully transform the FFESSM. This team of 10 women and 12 men who have joined this challenge come from all territories without exception, from all disciplines. Its constitution was not made based on elaborate electoral calculations but according to the professional expertise we will need to undertake our future work and according to their involvement in our federal activities.A COLLABORATIVE PROJECTOur development project was built by this collegiate team and was challenged and enriched through extensive consultation with active volunteers involved in our multiple disciplines.
You can find some of their testimonials on our facebook page @Ffessm 2021.FRACTIONS AND VALUESI am committed to the implementation of this program with concrete and realistic actions to renovate the FFESSM. I will be a guarantor of the commitments and values such as « openness, listening, fairness, respect, and transparency » that have been lacking in recent years.THE PRIORITYOur immediate priority will be the plan to relaunch federal activities, following the economic and social impact of the Covid crisis on the sports movement. This plan relies on the field return of what I was able to implement urgently as President of the Southern regional committee (tight communication, a financial gesture, material solutions, a mediatization of nature/sport practice/well-being).MY JOURNEY IN SERVICE OF THE FFESSMIt is my entire federal life that has led me to this decision to commit now.
A journey after 16 years as President of the National Photography and Video Commission, then 8 years as National Secretary-General in service of clubs, commissions, O.D, and finally, 4 years as President of the regional PACA Committee with a successful merger of two regions that many considered explosive:
• As a doctor, I learned to observe, to listen.
• As a surgeon, I learned to act and decide even in difficult situations.
• As a 2nd degree and Instructor, I learned to transmit and mobilize skills.
• As a high-level competitor, I learned self-surpassing.
• This commitment and long federal experience as an actor in many of our disciplines have strengthened my resolve to invest and unite at the highest level in our enriching diversity.
To connect and better accomplish together, here are the vital forces committed to carrying out this mission:
