The world’s first microplastics collector, announced by Suzuki a few months ago as part of the « Suzuki Clean Ocean project », is now available on the 115 and 140 hp outboard engines. This innovative equipment helps to collect microplastics in the water by drawing in water and filtering it. Thanks to this device, microplastics can be collected simply by navigating and thus recycled on land after sorting. The collector is factory-mounted for new 115/140B engines. It is also available as an option for the older 115 and 140 hp engines.
