Ocean Harmony: Well-being at the heart of the Red Sea
Sébastien founded Ocean Harmony two years ago, a bold challenge in the current context. While many felt locked up and deprived of freedom, he turned this ordeal into an opportunity by choosing to be free, « free to be free in consciousness ». His quest? How to reconnect and understand one’s body in such a troubled period? From La Pointe-Rouge (Marseille Plongée) where their new club has just opened, to Dahab where they organize workshops, Sébastien and Audrey Mançon warmly welcome freedivers in search of reconnection.

Under the evocative names of Harmony Well-Being and Freemind, they give freediving a unique dimension by weaving a story around breathing. Leaving the shore, the warm waters of the Gulf of Aqaba are home to balloonfish, manta rays, blue trevallies, turtles, and pencil sea urchins. With a bit of luck, a few sharks might even appear. In small groups of up to six freedivers, between 0 and 50 meters, the Red Sea of Ocean Harmony is the ideal destination for those seeking pleasure before performance.
