« The new generation of divers. » This is the theme of the upcoming diving show, which will take place from January 10 to 13, 2020, at Porte de Versailles in Paris. And it is Steven Surina, a perfect representative of this new generation, who will be the patron of this 22nd edition. Son of diving instructors, Steven Surina was born with a regulator in his mouth. At the school of the blue depths, he chose the ‘sharks’ option and never imagined his life anywhere else but underwater alongside these giants of the seas!

The FFESSM is organizing, for the first time, its national meeting for underwater activities on April 27th and 28th in Nice.

The world’s first under-ice photo exhibition has been open to visitors since mid-February beyond the Arctic Circle, in the White Sea (Big Cross Island in Nilmoguba Bay). Martians, spaceships, and aquanauts traveling by balloon across the sea – this is how photographer Viktor Lyagushkin depicts the underwater world of the White Sea in his photographs.

Galathea, the underwater world festival in Hyères, will take place from March 22 to 24, 2019. Alexia Barrier and Alban Michon are the patrons of this 4th edition.
